I'm most useful in ambiguous spaces, where the product direction and the interaction model have to be discovered together. I shape concepts, make ideas tangible, and lead teams from ambiguity to polished, shipped experiences.
That's taken different forms across my career: transforming Search frameworks used by billions, music software and hardware used on stage by professional artists, and products I've designed, built, and shipped myself.
